We know that you expect prompt delivery so we have made that a priority at GetDeen.com. Once your order has been placed it will be processed directly from our supply division. We use the best packaging material available to ensure that your item gets to you safely. Please allow between 3-5 working days for delivery in the United Kingdom. In some instances items may be delayed by Royal Mail so please allow at least 7 working days before contacting us. If your item does not arrive after this period please e-mail or phone us and we will look in to your concerns.
From time to time we have Next day special delivery available, if you have a deadline and want your items to arrive the next day but the special delivery option is not available then please get in touch with us and we can arrange it for you.
We are currently offering Next Day UK delivery service for £8.95 for all orders (Excluding personalised orders) placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday.
Orders placed outside of these hours will be dispatched the following working day.
Item ordered outside the United Kingdom takes between 5-7 working days to arrive sometimes sooner.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment Please also note that items must be returned with all of the tags intact, all garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks. We reserve the right to refuse a return should these conditions not be met. On receipt, the return will be processed and providing the return meets our terms and conditions then a refund will be issued to the card or payment method in the original transaction . The buyer is responsible for return postage unless item is faulty.
Once you have received our refund confirmation email, please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. (N.B Your refund will be credited to the same card or payment method with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card has expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address within 2 Working Days or contact you for the new expiry date).
Exchanges may be subject to additional postal costs, if these are applicable then we shall notify you at the time of arranging the exchange. To ensure a product is available please contact customer services for a returns number so the product may be reserved. The exchange process will take 1-2 working days to process from receipt of the item. Once the exchange has been processed it will be shipped using the same delivery service as the original order. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel any order you have placed with Getdeen and receive a refund for the goods originally ordered. Please note a request to cancel an order must be received in writing within 7 days of the date of receipt of the order. The goods ordered must be returned in their original condition, with the original packaging, be unworn, have tags attached and be free of fragrance and marks. Please note in the event of an order being cancelled prior to despatch you will receive a refund for both the goods and any delivery charge
.Exchange/Refund: We will then give you an exchange or full refund. However, we do have the right to retain any charge paid for services which have already begun or have been completed. Refunds take 5-7 working days to be credited to a payment card.
